Detach and reattach your Cook-Key ®.
If the problem persists, restart your Thermomix ® TM5.
If the problem persists, trigger CookKey ® reset.
If the problem persists, please try a Recipe Chip ® if available.
If you do not have a Recipe Chip ®, please contact customer service at 888-867-9375.
If a Recipe Chip ® is working and the Cook-Key ® isn't, Cook-Key ® needs to be replaced, please contact customer service at 888- 867-9375.

Switch off your Thermomix ® TM5.
Detach the Cook-Key ® and clean the contacts of the Recipe Chip ® resp. Cook-Key ® interface.
Reattach Cook-Key ® and restart Thermomix ® TM5.

Cook-Key TM5 shows an error code: 570, 572
Detach and reattach your Cook-Key ®.
If the problem persists, restart your Thermomix ® TM5.
If the problem persists, trigger Cook-Key ® reset.
If problem persists, make sure you have the Wi-Fi login credentials at hand.
Please go to "Menu" > "Settings" > "Factory Reset". Reset the Wi-Fi settings of your Thermomix ® TM5. Afterwards press "Home"
and start a new Wi-Fi configuration by pressing "Sync" on the home screen (please note, the synchronization button might be inactive for a couple of seconds).
Follow the Wi-Fi configuration instructions on your Thermomix ® TM5 display to establish the Wi-Fi connection.
If the problem persists, turn off Thermomix ® TM5, reboot your router, wait and restart Thermomix ® TM5.
If the problem persists, try to use your Wi-Fi network with another device. If you can’t get online with the other device, there might be a service outage. Call your Internet provider for further support
Cook-Key® TM5 shows an error code: 573, 582, 583, 584, 585
Reset your Cook-Key ®.
Make sure that your Internet router/modem is switched on, working properly and Wi-Fi connectivity is enabled. Keep your
Thermomix ® TM5 with Cook-Key ® in range of your Wi-Fi router.
Restart your Thermomix ® TM5 and retry synchronizing.
Please note that other wireless devices that operate in the 2.4 GHz band (e.g. microwave transmitters, wireless cameras, baby monitors, a neighbor's Wi-Fi device) can cause interference with Wi-Fi connections. Make sure that there isn't any interference.
Still can't connect? If you're connected to Wi-Fi but you can’t get online, try to use your Wi-Fi network with another device. If you can’t get online with the other device, there might be a service outage. Call your Internet provider for further support.
Try also to connect Cook-Key ® to a mobile hotspot. If that is working, then your router might have an issue.
Make sure that your Wi-Fi router has the latest version of the firmware. For help updating your router, contact the manufacturer.
Make sure your router is compatible with Cook-Key requirements (Wi-Fi 802.1 b/g/n with 2.4 Ghz and only WEP, WPA and WPA2- personal encryption) and router settings are configured accordingly.
My Thermomix@ TM5 shows error C590, C592
Check your subscription and country in Cookidoo®. Your Cook-key must be activated in an active Cookidoo® account to work.
Once your Cook-key is activated in an active Cookidoo® account, re-synch your TM5, error code should no longer show.
